Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains which data we process when you use the elmittemex.hu website, why, for how long, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
Data processed on this website
- Contact form: if you send us a message, we process the name, email address and message content you provide, solely to be able to reply to your enquiry.
- Technical log data: when the site is served, the hosting provider’s server may log technical data (such as IP address, time of visit and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working properly.
- Cookies: the website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and a cookie that records your consent choice. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
- Fonts: the website’s fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to a third-party font provider when you visit.
PURPOSE AND RETENTION
Legal basis, retention, recipients
- Legal basis: messages sent through the form are processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website securely.
- Retention: we keep the details of an enquiry for a maximum of 2 years and delete them afterwards.
- Recipients: our own staff have access to the data. As data processors, Rackhost Zrt. provides the website hosting and our email provider assists in delivering messages.
- Transfers to third countries: we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
YOUR RIGHTS
Your rights and remedies
At any time you may:
- request information about the data we hold and access to it;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- request restriction of processing;
- request portability of your data;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
